Eligibility for Returns

- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, alterations, or damage caused by the customer.
- Final sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless faulty.

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our team.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the product.
- In these cases, Parker Mode will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund.
